The "Straight Swap" Model

To ensure maximum uptime for aging hardware, Panelwise operates a replacement-only policy during the extended period.

• No On-Site Repairs: No engineering repairs will be attempted on the Customer's premises.
• Replacement Standard: All replacement units are fully refurbished to a Grade A standard.
• 12-Point Engineering Check: Every refurbished unit undergoes the following rigorous factory inspection.
